Covid-19 Release, Waiver, and Indemnification
The COVID-19 virus (“Covid-19”), has been declared a worldwide pandemic, is extremely contagious and is believed to be spread primarily from person-to person contact. I recognize that the City of Kettering (“City”) cannot guarantee that I (or my children, if any) will not become infected with COVID-19 and attending this event could increase my (or my children’s) risk of contracting COVID-19. By attending this event, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I (or my children, if any) may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability and death. By attending this event, I agree to release and waive any and all claims against the City of Kettering, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers arising out of or related to Covid-19, and I will indemnify and hold the City of Kettering harmless against any and all such claims. I agree and acknowledge that this Release, Waiver and Indemnification specifically includes any claim, demand, liability, cost, suit, charge or compensation for loss or injury of any kind arising out of or related to COVID-19.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON FACE COVERINGS?
Effective June 2, 2021, all team members, volunteers, and guests are no longer required to wear masks inside City facilities or at outside venues; however, it is still recommended and encouraged for those unvaccinated to continue to do so. Please be prepared to show ID to prove you are over 21 when purchasing alcohol. If choosing to wear a mask, you may be asked to remove to verify identity.
WHAT SAFETY MEASURES ARE BEING TAKEN FOR THE 2022 SEASON?
High-touch surfaces around the venue will be cleaned and disinfected regularly. Restrooms will feature touch-free fixtures that will also be cleaned and disinfected for your visit to Fraze Pavilion. Hand sanitizers will be made available throughout the facility on event night.
DOES FRAZE PAVILION HAVE A BAG SIZE POLICY?
YES. Bag/purse/tote size is limited to 12″x12″x6″.
Any bag/purse/tote in excess of 12″x12″x6″ must be returned to vehicle.
All Backpacks, Backpack Purses and Coolers of ANY size are NOT PERMITTED.

DOES MY INFANT BABY NEED A TICKET?
YES. Children of all ages must have a ticket for Fraze events. For reserved seat shows, children under the age of 5 may not sit in Plaza or Orchestra seating and are welcome to sit in the Lawn or Terrace sections. Strollers are not allowed in Fraze Pavilion for any ticketed event.
DOES THE FRAZE PAVILION OFFER SEASON TICKETS?
At the current time, we do not offer a season ticket package. We do offer tickets for summer concerts through our Fraze Fan Club Program.
WHERE ARE THE FRAZE PAVILION TICKET OFFICES LOCATED?
There are two locations to purchase tickets. Fraze FanFare store is located inside Town & Country Shopping Center (East hallway next to Figlios restaurant). The Fraze Pavilion Ticket Office is conveniently located on Lincoln Park Boulevard West, adjacent to Ernie’s Concessions on the west side of the building.

We want our guests to have a great experience when purchasing tickets, therefore Fraze Pavilion strongly encourages you to ONLY purchase tickets online at Etix.com (our exclusive ticketing partner). You may also purchase in person at the Fraze Fanfare store or over the phone with Etix at 1-800-514-3849. Ticket purchases from all other secondary parties are not guaranteed to be authentic and subsequently do not guarantee entry (please note that tickets are sometimes available via official artist webpages for presales, fan club VIP packages, etc.) Fraze Pavilion has no relationship with any other ticket vendor. We will not be able to verify your account information with any secondary party vendor. Again, we want you to have a great night – so to purchase tickets electronically, only use official links provided from Fraze Pavilion at www.fraze.com, download the Fraze app, or via our social media platforms.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
All concerts are held rain or shine. Umbrellas are not permitted. Guests are encouraged to wear rain apparel and ponchos are available for purchase for $2. Guests who hold lawn or terrace tickets are advised to bring a blanket. Fraze Pavilion reserves the right to interrupt or delay any performance. Should we need to evacuate the facility for severe weather, updates will be posted to our social media sites.
For the safety of our guests, artists and team members, please note in the event of threatening weather (lightning, hail, high winds or very hard rain) we will evacuate the facility. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding during any evacuation.

WHERE CAN I PARK?
Free parking is available at select lots around the facility. Parking is not guaranteed. You may also park on surrounding side streets, where permitted. Please allow sufficient time to park, walk to venue and enter gates.
ADA ACCESSIBILITY AT THE FRAZE
Accessible seating is available on Plaza, Orchestra, Lawn and Terrace levels. We offer a drop-off area on Lincoln Park Boulevard, east and west of the Pavilion, with limited accessible parking on east and westbound Lincoln Park Boulevard. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have accessibility requirements, please let the ticket office team member know when you purchase your tickets. For other accessibility concerns, call (937) 296-3300 no less than seven days in advance of your visit.
CAN I BRING MY LAWN CHAIR TO SIT ON THE LAWN?
Seat backs are available for rent for lawn seating. Lawn chairs, beach chairs and stadium seats are not permitted. Any chair with exposed metal, wood or plastic is not permitted. Back supports that do not elevate patrons off the ground, or contain exposed metal, wood or plastic may be brought into the facility. Blankets are recommended and encouraged!
WHAT DOES IT COST TO RENT A FRAZE SEAT BACK?
Pre-order online to reserve your seat back and save! Order online in advance of show date for $12 each, or $15 on day of show. Seat backs are available for rent or pick-up when the gates open. Back supports that do not contain exposed metal, wood, or plastic, or elevate patrons off the ground may be brought into the facility. Seating areas are not covered and lawn and terrace seating may be wet.
PLEASE NOTE: Limited number of seat backs are available for rental at each show. Ticket to performance not included.
WHAT DOES “GENERAL ADMISSION” MEAN?
Several concerts each summer are sold as General Admission, meaning all seating is unreserved and available on a “First Come, First Serve” basis. There are NO saving of seats, rows or blanket space associated with general admission seating. Your entire group must be in attendance to ensure sitting together or face foreiture of any “saved” seats.
CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?
Camera policies vary from show to show. Some artists allow personal cameras (point & shoot only) and cell phones. We ask all guests to be courteous of other concert goers and refrain from blocking the views of others with your devices.
When you see this label posted on our website, the artist requests “no cameras.” No cameras of any type, including cell phones, may be used.
Unless authorized in advance, professional video and audio recording is prohibited. At no time are laser pointers allowed.
Fraze Pavilion has the right to make the determination on all cameras on behalf of the artists and film or tape is subject to confiscation and becomes the property of the artist.
WHAT CAN I BRING TO FRAZE PAVILION?
You may bring blankets, binoculars, and food and beverages purchased at Ernie’s Concessions. Each guest may bring one factory sealed bottle of water. Due to Ohio State Law and local ordinances, patrons may only drink those alcoholic beverages served at Ernie’s. Fraze Pavilion reserves the right to refuse service to those guests who are, or appear to be, intoxicated. You must be 21 years of age with proper identification to purchase alcohol. No other beverages or outside food, except those purchased at Ernie’s, are allowed in the pavilion. Beer and wine sales end approximately 30 minutes prior to the end of the show.
WHAT IS PROHIBITED AT FRAZE PAVILION?
For the safety and security of all guests, the following items are NOT permitted:

Prohibited items subject to venue discretion and may vary for festivals and other select events. All carry-in items including appropriate sized bags/purses are subject to search. Be aware that added security measures may slow down entry so please allow sufficient time prior to your arrival.
SINCE I HAVE A VALID OHIO CONCEALED HANDGUN LICENSE, MAY I TAKE MY HANDGUN INTO THE FRAZE PAVILION?
No. Under Ohio law, the Fraze Pavilion is classified as a government building, and pursuant to Ohio Revised Code section 2923.1212, no firearms are permitted to be taken into the Fraze Pavilion.
DO YOU HAVE A LOST AND FOUND?
Yes. If you believe you left or lost an item at a Fraze Pavilion event, you may contact us at (937) 296-3300. Fraze Pavilion is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

CAN I STAND DURING A CONCERT?
Standing during a concert may be acceptable behavior. Many performers instruct Fraze Pavilion operation managers not to ask anyone to sit down during their performance. Each situation is handled on an individual basis. Fraze Pavilion reserves the right to ask disruptive guests and those refusing to respect our rules to leave without a refund.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
For the comfort of our guests, smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted in any amphitheater seating area, restrooms, or select park and sidewalk areas appropriately signed.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I GET TO FRAZE PAVILION?
Allow ample time to park, walk to venue and for security screening. Free concert gates open 60 minutes prior to the start of the show. Festival gates open at the posted festival start time. For ticketed performances, gates open 90 minutes prior to the show time. Late arriving guests may be asked to wait for a break in the music before taking a seat.
AM I ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE PAVILION AND RE-ENTER LATER?
There is no re-entry to Fraze Pavilion during ticketed performances.
WHY ARE THE SIDEWALKS CLOSED AROUND THE PARK ON EVENT NIGHTS?
Sidewalks are closed on ticketed shows to ensure the safety of those guests with tickets to venue events and as a protection for the equipment trucks and buses parked along the sidewalk.
DOES FRAZE HAVE AN ATM MACHINE ON SITE?
Yes! For your convenience, an ATM is available adjacent to the Ticket Office at all Fraze Pavilion events.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY TICKETS IN WILL CALL?
Will call tickets are available for pick up AFTER 3:00 PM on the day of the event at the Fraze Pavilion ticket office. The person purchasing the tickets must be present and show picture I.D., the credit card used for making the purchase and the confirmation number.
DOES FRAZE PAVILION HAVE A DISRUPTIVE GUEST POLICY?
As a courtesy to other guests, Fraze Pavilion reserves the right to ask disruptive guests and those refusing to respect our rules to leave without a refund.
HOW SHOULD I DRESS FOR AN OUTDOOR CONCERT?
Informal attire is entirely appropriate and you may want to bring a sweater or light jacket as temperatures cool later in the evening. Comfortable footwear is a good idea for the walk to and from the parking area.
WHERE MAY I REDEEM MY FRAZE PAVILION GIFT CERTIFICATE?
Fraze Gift Certificates can be redeemed at Fraze FanFare store or the Fraze Pavilion Ticket Office during normal business hours.
I’M IN A BAND, HOW DO I GET OUR INFORMATION TO FRAZE FOR CONSIDERATION?
