JULY 19, 2018 – SARASOTA, FL. – Three key members of Neil Diamond’s Band will perform with the world’s #1 Diamond performer, Jay White, as part of a 14-piece musical ensemble invading Fraze Pavilion on Saturday, August 25 at 8:00 pm to kick off the “Sweet Caroline World Tour”.

Conga and percussionist extraordinaire King Errisson will be joined by fellow Diamond musicians, Keyboardist Mark LeVang and Bassist Bill Cinque, to show their love and appreciation of Mr. Diamond’s incredible 50-year career and to support Jay White’s new show to benefit Parkinson’s organizations across the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia.

White, a personal favorite of Neil Diamond and his band for over 30 years, was saddened, like millions of other fans, by Diamond’s retirement from touring due to his recent Parkinson’s diagnosis. To celebrate and honor the music of the iconic Rock & Roll Hall of Famer, White & Band will perform a two hour Concert filled with Diamond hits and lesser known gems to benefit Dayton’s Parkinson Support & Wellness Group. Net proceeds from the event will support initiatives to increase awareness and support services that improve the quality of life for Miami Valley Parkinson patients and their loved ones.

“We are thrilled to invite the community to our first major Miami Valley fundraising initiative for those affected by Parkinson’s disease,” said Chris Gaffney, Director of Dayton’s Parkinson Support & Wellness organization. “It is inspiring for our patients and caregivers to see the community so excited to participate in such a cause-worthy event like the Sweet Caroline Tour. And what better venue for a ‘Hot August Night” Diamond Concert than the Fraze Pavilion!”
